Google Glass is getting more and more attention around the world, so much so that it is already half a mainstream product, without even reaching consumers just yet. Well, FirstBank, a Colorado-based company, has used made a parody out of wearable computing, taking a swipe at Glass in its latest commercial.
TDA_Boulder, a local advertising company, made the commercial, taking you into the home of a family that is well and truly addicted to technology. The video sees each and every family member using the wearable device for something different, with hilarious results.
As someone who uses Glass, it definitely isn't like this. In fact, it's less obtrusive socially, as I'm not pulling my smartphone out to take my entire concentration off of the person, or people in front of me - a quick glance up to check e-mail or a message, and back down again.
