Last year, more than 2,300 gamers attended the first GaymerX gaming conference which was held in San Francisco, and this year the LGBTQ gaming event is back and better than ever. The event will be held at the San Francisco InterContinental hotel on July 11th, 12th, and 13th, with tickets selling now for $59 and $69 via the conference's crowdfunding campaign which is currently live on Kickstarter.
Highlights of the event will obviously be gaming related, but there will also be wedding between two "Gaymers" who got engaged at last years event. There will also be panels at the event, with EA Games hosting the largest, as well as other talks and panels from GBTQ leaders, including folks from Geeks Out, MidBoss Games, and GayGamer.net. The event does have an 18+ age restriction though and the organizers say that this is due to legal reasons around insurance, but does not mean in any way that the conference is NSFW.
