CES 2014 - We heard about this a while ago now, but the Alcatel One Touch Idol X+ smartphone has been announced at CES 2014. The new Idol X+ smartphone features an 8-core processor clocked at 2GHz, and a 5-inch 1080p display.
We have a 13.1-megapixel rear-facing camera backed up by a 2-megapixel front shooter, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal flash storage and a decent 2500mAh battery. We have some speakers placed at the bottom edge of the Idol X+ which should provide a decent listening experience. One of the disappointing sides of the Idol X+, is that it only features Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, and not Android 4.4 KitKat, and no 4G LTE support.
