In today's world, a serious gamer, developer or designer needs to have a serious monitor and that is where AOC comes into play. Today, the company released its latest 27-inch high-resolution beast, the q2770Pqu. The monitor is a 27-inch WQHD unit that features a resolution of 2560x1440.

The new Ultra-HD monitor boast a wide viewing angle of 178 degrees and a response time of just 5ms. A built-in USB 3.0 hub is present to add more connectivity to the desktop, while Dual-Link DVI, D-Sub, and HDMI handle the video input. AOC says that the monitor draws only 29W of energy while in Eco-Mode, and we can expect it to retail for around $500.
