Gionee to launch its Elife E7 smartphone, packs a performance punch
Gionee Elife E7, you've never heard of it until now, but it is a feature-packed smartphone.
You've probably never heard of the Gionee brand at all, but the Chinese company is preparing to launch its Elife E7 smartphone, which features a 5.5-inch 1080p display and is based on Google's Android OS.
What makes it special is a two-part attack, it will be the first smartphone to feature the 2.5GHz-clocked Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 SoC, as well as the 'most-sensitive' 16-megapixel rear-camera. This is thanks to the Largan M8 lens and 1/2.3-inch sensor with a big 1.34µm pixels. Gionee is bragging that its camera is already better than the unreleasded, unannounced Galaxy S5 from Samsung.
