Kent Smith, the Senior Director of LSI SandForce Product Marketing, took a few moments to personally demonstrate the new Griffen SF3700 controller. The original SandForce controllers helped define, and refine, the consumer SSD market.
The SF3700 controller generates up to 1,800 MB/s in sequential throughput and up to 150,000 IOPS in random read performance.
The SF3700 is unique because it offers a unique architecture that supports both SATA and PCIe interfaces.
