IFA 2013 - Today, Johannes Knapp had a chance to sit down and go hands-on with Acer's new Iconia A3 tablet. This new slate from Acer features a 10-inch display with an unknown 1.2 GHz quad-core processor. The device features a 1280x800-pixel IPS screen and will come in Wi-Fi and 3G variants.

A 5-megapixel camera and Dolby Sound are present. Unlike some recent Android tablets, the new Iconia A3 features 32GB or 64GB of storage and can be increased thanks to a microSD card slot built into the side of the device. The Wi-Fi only version is expected retail for about $330, while the 3G version will set you back roughly $400.
