LG is set to impress, some people at least, with its latest oddly-shaped smartphone, the Vu III. LG are dumping the "Optimus" branding with this smartphone, but keeping the high-end specifications.
The Korean Daily is reporting that the LG Vu III will feature a 5.2-inch 1280x960 display, which provides a user with a 4:3 aspect ratio. The Vu III will have some speedy internals, with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 SoC, a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera, and support for the ultra-fast LTE-Advanced networking.
We should see the South Korean giant unveil the Vu III smartphone at IFA 2013 in a few weeks time.
