ZTE's Intel-powered Geek will arrive on retail shelves in China on July 25
Little-known mobile phone manufacturer ZTE will be launching its Intel-powered GEEK smartphone in China later this month. Featuring the Clover Trail+ processor, which is the same as Lenovo's K900, the GEEK features paired-down features that allows ZTE to sell it at a lower price point.
The device runs Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean and features a 5-inch 1080 x 720 pixel display. An eight megapixel rear camera handles all the selfies you can take while 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of storage help keep things running smoothly.
The ZTE GEEK will make an exclusive arrival at Jingdong Mall on July 25, where it'll retail for ¥1,888 ($307). If you despise cables and your wallet can take a hit, you can also get one bundled with a wireless charging kit for ¥2,288 ($372).
