HTC's Tiara, a smartphone running Windows Phone 8, has popped up in the rumor mill from time to time and now we're seeing the first leaked images surface. Apparently Sprint did not keep a firm enough hold on his PR photos of the device and one of them made its way onto the Internet.
The HTC Tiara is the third Windows Phone 8 handset series from the Taiwanese smartphone maker and falls somewhere between the lower-end HTC 8S and the high-end HTC 8X. It features a 4.3-inch WVGA Super LCD2 display but only comes with a 1.2GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4.
It does however feature 1GB of RAM, and 8 GB of internal storage. The rear camera appears to be an 8 megapixel shooter while a 1.6 megapixel sensor handles the upfront imaging duties. The HTC Tiara is rumored to launch in less than a month on Sprint for less than $100 on a two-year contract.
