This morning, Samsung announced a trio of Galaxy Tab 3 devices ranging from the 7-inch class, to an 8.1-inch device, all the way up to a 10.1-inch variant. The new tablets have long been expected but not much was known about any of them until now.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 features a 1280x800 display with a 1.6GHz dual-core processor. It also features 1GB of RAM, 16GB or 32GB of storage, and a 6800mAh battery. Photo capture is handled by a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera which is accompanied by 1.3-megapixel front camera.
The Galaxy Tab 8.0 feature the same resolution cameras and storage options, but packs half a gigabyte more RAM. Both devices are available in three different versions which include Wi-Fi only, 3G, and LTE. The 7-inch version features a 1.2GHz processor, 8GB or 16GB of internal storage, and a 1024x600 Display. All three devices run Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and will be available sometime this month.
