It has been a few months since we last saw a larger smartphone go on sale in the US that was not a Samsung product, but this morning that slump is over. LG has released its Optimus G Pro to the retail shelves of AT&T.
The 5.5-inch Optimus G Pro features a 1080p True HD-IPS+ display, alongside a Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 quad-core processor, which is paired with 2GB of RAM. A 13MP rear camera will handle all of the selfies you can handle, while the 2.1MP front facing camera will take care of all of your Skype needs.
A massive 3,140mAh battery serves up uncanny uptime and the 32GB of internal storage will keep you downloading apps for a long time before needing to add an additional SD card. AT&T is retailing the LG Optimus G Pro for $200 with a two-year contract or $550 up front.
