LG's L-series of handsets has passed the 10 million units mark, life's good.

Samsung and Apple aren't the only smartphone powerhouses around, you know, there are other players at the moment - they just don't make the same headlines.

Well, LG are here - and they've announced that they've sold 10 million units of their "L-Series" of handsets. LG's L-series is the company's low- to mid-range set of devices, with their G-series enjoying the higher end of the market.

Sure, the more expensive, more powerful G-series devices are great - but the low- to mid-range market is still a very big market. As you can see from the 10 million sales, they're selling quite well.
