If you were looking to grab yourself the Ice Cream Sandwich-based Samsung Galaxy S III, you might want to do it now, as it's dropped to just $99 at Amazon. This means it has dropped to half price, and is on sale "for a very limited time only".
You'll have to sign up for a new individual, or family activation, but you can choose from Sprint, Verizon, and AT&T for that new two-year contract. Amazon's free two-day shipping is included, as well as the phone being available in three different colors of the 16GB version.
Samsung are also looking to throw an Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update onto the Galaxy S III next month, making the deal even sweeter.
