AMD have just gone crazy and released a bunch of new updates for Radeon owners. There's an official Microsoft-certified build (12.1), a preview of the next official release (12.2) and an early driver for the HD 7900-Series (8.921.2 RC11).
If you want to continue with your stability and trust in AMD's recommendations, we suggest grabbing the WHQL-certified 12.1 release, if you want to live a bit on the edge, grab the 12.1 Preview, and if you're a HD 7900-Series owner, you might want to test the new 8.921.2 RC11 driver.
Keep in mind that the Catalyst 12.1 and Catalyst 12.2 Preview drivers both don't support the latest-generation Radeon HD 7900-Series GPUs. If you want drivers for that series, you want the 8.921.2 RC11 drivers. The RC11 drivers give an 8- to 250-percent improvement in games and benchmarks such as Alien Vs. Predator, Battlefield 3, Crysis 2 and TessMark (OpenGL).
You can grab those drivers at AMD's Graphics Drivers & Software download page.
