This is what all companies should do, even amazing tech sites like TweakTown [hint, hint]. GOogle have stepped up for Christmas 2011 by giving its staff customized Samsung Galaxy Nexus smartphones for Christmas.

The smartphone isn't just the stock Galaxy Nexus handset, it has been outfitted with a customized back cover that has various Google+ and Android icons, so it is a one-of-a-kind handset, just for Google employees. TheNextWeb confirmed with Google's London and Zurich-based offices that they are in fact giving out handsets to employees, which require the staff to line up and claim their free handset as shown in the photo below:
