Battlefield 3 - Operation Guillotine footage, the excitement is beginning to be a little too much

Battlefield 3: Operation Guillotine footage

I just stumbled across this footage of Battlefield 3 and if the previous footage wasn't enough to clamp down on the uncontrollable wet dreams that BF3 has been causing fans (myself included) then this won't help one bit. It's almost as if DICE are trying to excite people too much - well, CHALLENGE ACCEPTED.

The above footage looks absolutely incredible and I have said this before but I will make an official statement: this game will be like Half Life 2 was to the gaming industry. A benchmark, an absolutely phenomenal looking game (not just graphics) but lighting, shadows, body movement, destruction, etc.

Anthony is a long time PC enthusiast with a passion of hate for games to be built around consoles. With FPS gaming since the pre-Quake days, where you were insulted if you used a mouse to aim, he has been addicted to gaming and hardware ever since. Working in IT retail for 10 years gave him great experience with high-end, custom-built PCs. His addiction to GPU technology is unwavering, and with next-gen NVIDIA GPUs about to launch alongside 4K 144Hz HDR G-Sync gaming monitors and BFGDs (65-inch 4K 120Hz HDR G-Sync TVs) there has never been a time to be more excited about technology.
