Cerulean is now offering the old yearly subscription, with a free version of Trillian available with full functionality - the catch? Advertisements from Netflix and other companies. To disable the ads you'll have to subscripe to the full Pro service which will set you back $12 per year.

The Pro service lets you store your chats to the cloud, protecting your precious conversations and cyber (ahem) again hardware or other catastrophic failure.
