Samsung has sold 2 million Galaxy Tabs since it's October debut into the market. The Galaxy Tab is available through 200 mobile carriers across 94 countries worldwide. Europe shipped 500, 000 units, North America with 350, 000 and Asia with around 330, 000 units.
Samsung has said consumer demand for the Galaxy Tab has outpaced it's supply in most countries. In comparison Apple sold 7.33 million iPads in the October to December period. Samsung is not taking this easily though, with an announcement of the Galaxy Tab 2 at the Mobile World Congress next month.
