Some news has leaked in the form of AMD's upcoming pwn-them-all GPU, the Radeon HD6990 dual-Cayman GPU based powerhouse card. Rumor says it'll include 3072 stream processors alongside 4GB of GDDR5 memory which spans across a 2 x 256-bit memory interface.

The fan is placed in the centre of the card between the two cores with a dual-slot cooler. Rumor also has it that the HD6990 will feature a dual vapor chamber design. Pictures have shown a 6 pin and 8 pin power setup, but this might change to a dual 8-pin power requirement. The HD6990 also features dual crossfire connectors and also includes a single DVI output backed up by four mini-DisplayPort outputs.
