Apple iOS 4.3 goes out to devs - includes orientation lock option

Apple have posted the iOS 4.3 beta to developers which allows video to be sent from apps or websites to the Apple TV. Other features of iOS 4.3 include personal hotspot, the orientation lock is now an option to be changed (finally!) between lock and mute on the iPad.

The iPad also gains multi-touch multitasking gestures, this gives the user the ability to use four or five fingers to pinch to the home screen, swipe up to reveal the multitasking bar and also swipe left or right between apps.
