Sony announces Xpreia Arc smartphone at CES 2011
The possible new big dog in multimedia phones.
CES 2011, Las Vegas -Sony was rocking CES Press Day this year, complete with dancers and The Green Hornet Car. The big announcement on the mobile front was the official announcement of the Xperia Arc, a mobile device that promises outstanding multimedia tech from a mobile phone.

Boasting Android 2.3, a huge 4.2" Sony Reality display, and Sony's Mobile BRAVIA engine, this look like the must have device for the phone lover who wants a great multimedia experience from their phone. An HDMI port and 3.5mm audio jack brings full connectivity to nearly any device as well and the phone will sync with BRAVIA televisions as well. The Xperia Arc is expected to hit soon, although a carrier was not officially announced at this point.
