Gateway has several netbook that it has been selling for a while and like most netbooks, they tend to use Intel Atom processors. AMD has announced a ne wLT32 line of netbooks that uses AMD CPUs.
The LT32 series uses a AMD Athlon II Neo K125 CPU with 2GB of DDR3 RAM. The machine uses an 11.6-inch LED backlit screen with a resolution of 1366 x 768. The netbook also has HDMI output that supports 1080p resolution.
Graphics for the machine are via Radeon HD 4225 GPU with 384MB of dedicated system memory. That should give muscle enough for HD video. All models have WiFi and some will include 3G connectivity. The pricing for the LT32 starts at $449.99.
