Well there's a lot on for today so lets dig into it all.

Now I posted a link late last month about the proposed Security Systems Standards and Certification Act by Hollywood people (Motion Picture Association of America) who what to dictate what technologies are allowed to be released to us and who should be allowed to build PC's (not the individual according to them). Well it seems that things are starting to sink into people now and a few have decided to put an "Oppose the SSSCA Petition" together to voice their opposition. Now if you haven't heard of this before this is the original article that I linked and here is where more detailed information can be found. Intel also comes under fire by one of the entertainment industry lapdog Senators for backing the private citizen. Another's view can be found here also but the U.S. House of Representatives doesn't seem willing to intercede on this.
