First nude app gets pulled from Apple App Store

Dev's offer lame reason for outage

After reading about the first ever application that showed real nudity on the Apple App Store I began the countdown to when it was pulled.

Well by my count it lasted a little less than 24 hours before being pulled from the iPhone store, despite the developer's comments that their servers could not handle the downloads, I have a feeling this one is gone until the bare parts get covered up again.

Despite having a new 17+ rating and new parental controls that allow for preventing the children from getting this we see the Apple morality police hard at work protecting you from Pron!

Maybe they should block the YouTube app after all a quick search on the iPhone's YouTube app will yield better porn that this app does.

Of course, that once again prompts us to remind everyone that this exact same content is easily accessible through any number of applications on the iPhone, like, say, Safari, and that the App Store's arbitrary and capricious review procedures are an incredible liability to an otherwise dominant platform, but honestly, no one's listening because they'd rather talk about boobs. Good work.
