PH151 is a 4-port Hi-Speed USB hub supporting transfer rates up to 480Mbps but before you begin to yawn, it is rather interesting. Instead of being a regular flat shaped hub design, it is designed using a Y shape, which means there will be no more port blocking by attached pen drives.

There are two ports on the top and two on the front - I like the top ports as it will allow pen drives to stand vertically which would make for a nice change. Best of all, it will only cost you $20 AUD down under and weighs just 41 grams.

Fuad Abazovic over at Fudzilla claims that Intel has already started AIB partner negotiations with several Taiwanese graphics card makers for its upcoming Larrabee chips.

If what we are hearing and seeing is in fact correct, Intel won't sell its discrete graphics cards directly but following a similar business model as AMD and Nvidia. It is unclear if Intel will produce the graphics boards and ship to its partners or just ship the chips and spec details.

VR-Zone in Singapore managed to get their hands on an Intel Little Falls mini-ITX small budget system platform for some interesting power consumption testing.

The small motherboard is based on Intel's 945G Express chipset with integrated Intel GMA950 graphics. It will be embedded with Diamondville processors (single-core Atom working at 1.6GHz with Hyper Threading enabled, 512KB L2 cache and supporting 533MHz bus) and be based on the Mini-ITX form-factor which measures 170mm x 170mm. It will provide support for up to DDR2-800 SDRAM (one DIMM up to 2GB). It will also include four USB 2.0 ports, LAN, IDE and two SATA ports.

Expect them to go on sale Q2 2008 from popular mobo companies such as GIGABYTE, MSI and ASUS for around $60 USD.

Diamond is today taking the covers off its latest graphics card. It claims to have been the first AIB to introduce 1GB of memory on the HD 2900 series and again is the first to strap a total of 1GB of DDR3 memory to the single GPU Radeon HD 3870.

Not only does it get a boost in memory but it also sees its clock speeds increased to further push performance as high as possible. The core clock is set at 825MHz which is a fair boost over the reference model clock rate and the memory spins its wheels at 1800MHz DDR.

Aqua Computer from Germany has released its latest graphics card waterblock cooler and this time it is designed specifically for the GeForce 9800 GTX.

Aquagrafx 9800 GTX is made from highly purified electrolyte copper (99,99% - okay, we lied a little and admit not to knowing exactly what "purified electrolyte" actually means) and manages to weigh in at only 600 grams and its height profile measures just 6mm. It's not a lightweight cooler by any means but it probably won't snap your PCI Express x16 port off your motherboard, either.
