The Dunia Engine was built specifically for Far Cry 2 by the award-winning Ubisoft Montreal development team. It delivers the most realistic destructible environments, amazing special effects such as dynamic fire propagation and storm effects, real-time night-and-day cycle, dynamic music system, non-scripted enemy A.I. and so much more.

HD 4890 in CrossFire

Crossfire continues to give us very good gains. The performance increase we get is huge and is the difference between playing at 2560 x 1600 and not. We again see at the highest resolution the GTX 295 and HD 4870 Crossfire setup performing very similar with ATI ultimately pulling out the win.

Optimum Setup- 2560 x 1600 runs like an absolute dream. We've got plenty of FPS to play with in the minimum department, so adding 2x AA will give us a drop in performance but keep us above that important 30 FPS we not only want, but need.
