3DMark05 is the latest version in the popular 3DMark "Gamers Benchmark" series. It includes a complete set of DX9 benchmarks which tests Shader Model 2.0 and higher.

3DMark05 again shows a very nice performance increase over the X800GT which also gives us an idea on how much quicker the card is over the 6600GT as performance was extremely similar between both the X800GT and 6600GT.
