BFG Tech GeForce 7800 GTX "Overclocked"

By: Shawn Baker | NVIDIA GeForce GPU in Video Cards | Posted: Aug 1, 2005 4:00 am
TweakTown Rating: 9.5%Manufacturer: BFG Tech

High Quality AA and AF

All tests were run with 4 times FSAA and 8 times Antistrophic Filtering enabled with the screen resolution set to 1600 x 1200.

Normally we'd test these settings at 1024 x 768 but the GeForce 7800 GTX is no ordinary GPU and will give us an idea how it handles things when settings are turned up like they should be.

3DMark05 sees almost 400 points extra with the BFG just showing what the extra MHz can do for us.

With AA and AF on we remove the CPU limitation and the BFG 7800 GTX gives us those few extra FPS.

Doom 3 again shows us an increase in performance giving us a very smooth 75+ FPS at these settings which is impressive.

How much does it cost?

BFG Technologies GeForce 7800GTX (256 MB) PCIe Graphic Card
