Introduction

It was only last week that we saw the reference GeForce 7800 GTX graphics cards come through our door and the following week we now have our first set of retail. Straight off the bat we have our first offerings from Gigabyte and not only do we have one Gigabyte 7800 GTX to look at but we have two.

We will be having a look at what Gigabyte are offering the public with the first retail 7800 GTX that we have seen. We will also be looking at if these cards offer us any extra performance over our reference cards that we looked at last week.

Let’s begin and see what one of nVidia’s first retail partners have to offer!
