ABIT IC7 MAX3 - Taking Canterwood to the MAX

Comanche 4 is a helicopter simulation using the DirectX 8.1 graphics interface. It is used to test the memory and 3D sub systems of a motherboard and video processor. Any weaknesses will show up.

Here we see a similar picture as seen in 3DMark 2001. The MAX3 is just trailing behind the older IC7 motherboard.

 

- 1280 X 1024

 

 

Here we see a very similar picture as above, while being slower it isn't by much. If anything it should be quicker thanks to the extra memory bandwidth.
