Introduction

Beginning business in 1996, Soltek is a relatively new Taiwanese company that has set its sights on the high-end motherboard market. Creating a product line that strives to handle the upper echelon of PC user, they fit squarely into the middle of the type of product that most visitors of TweakTown want to know about.

Add to this mix the newly released VIA KT600 chipset and we’ll see what happens. With some exceptional features available to the power user, we’ll strive to see whether this new creation has the characteristics to reside within a power-user system.
