Temperature Test

 

 

The temperature of the core is pulled from MSI Afterburner with the max reading used after a completed run off 3DMark Vantage and the Performance preset.

With the voltages up you can see that the PowerColor PCS+ HD 7970 does indeed warm up.

 

You can see its load temperatures are similar to the HD 7970 Lightning from MSI which offered very similar clock speeds.
