Max Payne

Max Payne is a new generation DirectX 7/8 game. This game is based on Hardware T&L advancements as well as many other features of the Intel Pentium 4 and Athlon XP.

Max Payne is still one of the more addictive games being played today and it makes sense to use it as a test benchmark. MSI is still able to pull slightly ahead of the VC19 here. Memory performance starts to become an issue at this level.

Aquanox is the latest installment of our benchmark software. This game is based heavily on DirectX 8 and 8.1 advancements and is designed to stress video cards to their ultimate limit, in all the best D3D benchmark to date.

I am not sure of the statistics of the amount of people playing Aquanox but it is one hell of a 3D and memory tester. Being highly optimized for DX8.1, Aquanox pulls out all the fancy graphics to try and crash those systems with poor performance.

DroneZmark is based on the popular DroneZ game engine. DroneZmark incorporates a looping demo and execution engine to test your system performance.

DroneZmark is basically a demo run of DroneZ. This game is not as popular today as it was on release but still makes a great benchmark. MSI stays above the FIC VC19 in the last of our tests.
