inKline Global PC Booster System Optimizer Review
Did it Work?
In most cases, yes! My system seemed to run marginally smoother and quicker than before, with the exception of the Internet "Tweaking". To put it bluntly, it sucked! My average download speed dropped more than 1KB/sec (which is a lot on dialup), and ping times to my favorite Unreal Tournament server were about 20% higher. I tried numerous times, believing the Internet was a little congested, but to no avail.
Conclusion
PC Booster is a nice little program that (mainly) does what it claims to. The only real concern I have is the price, US$29.95. While this is affordable to many working people, many students out there who could really benefit from PC Booster cannot afford to spare this much. Maybe introduce special student pricing?
- Pros
· Does improve system speed
· Quick download
· Very easy to use
- Cons
· A little pricy for students
· Internet performance declines after "tweaking" the connection
Rating - 8/10
