Introduction

With the recent rise in popularity of driving games, there has been great demand for a higher level of realism. Titles that come to mind are the Need For Speed series, the Nascar series and the Formula One series. While these games can be fun to play with a gamepad or keyboard, let's face it, playing a racing game using the arrow keys on your keyboard is no where near as fun as using a full sized racing wheel with pedals and a gear stick.

Enter Thrustmaster, a French company owned by Guillemot that has been producing high quality game controllers for PC and console systems for years. Their Nascar and Ferrari range of racing wheels have always been highly regarded by gamers around the world due to the large amount of research that goes into production. We were able to obtain the latest edition to the Thrustmaster's range, the Ferrari Force Feedback racing wheel. Has it got what it takes to simulate a real racing environment? Read on to find out!
