Checking out the load test we can see that the Lite-On drive manages to fly along when compared to the Pioneer DVR-212.

 

 

Here we can see that the average read speed of the USB 2.0 Lite-On BR ROM is only slightly behind that of the Pioneer DVR-212 when the same disc is used. Moving to the larger capacity Blu-ray we can see that the difference between 25GB and 50GB is quite small.
