The department where AMD have failed over and over, we see the X2 offering really come out ahead from typical results. It's offering gains of over 30% when compared to an overclocked 8800GTS 512MB and gains of over 40% when compared to a stock 8800GTS 512MB.
Half Life 2 (Episode One HDR)
Over the single card solution we get gains of over 25% but it hasn't got anything on the NVIDIA based cards.
Prey
Similar gains can be seen here, but the NVIDIA cards continue to out-perform AMD's offering.
