Our test with Adobe Premiere Elements 2.0 is performed with a raw two hour AVI file. It is then compressed into DivX format using the latest version codec. We measure the time it takes to encode and then record CPU usage.
Premiere Elements 3 puts both memory sets at equal terms in overclocked and stock speeds; there are no advantages over each. If you're planning to overclock further, the Geil can go higher than the OCZ which will reduce overall times.
