Thermaltake. Whether you love them or hate them, they have come a mighty long way in the business of making heatsinks for the Power User. After a rocky start with their Orb line, they began coming out with effective coolers that were very competitive with others on the market. When they came out with the Dragon Orb cooler, the doubt aimed at the Orb lineup pretty much vanished. It proved that the Orb could look good AND cool at the same time.
But that doesn’t mean that they were going to let their Volcano lineup die out. Which brings us to today’s look at the Volcano7 HSF. It’s a larger than normal sink that has an 80mm fan mounted on top for cooling. There are a couple of other goodies on board, but let’s first take a look at the newest cooler to wear the Volcano name…
