The Rosewill RCX-Z5 comes with everything needed to mount the cooler to both a modern AMD and Intel processor based motherboard. Also included is a syringe of thermal paste that should last for three or four typical applications.

My only complaint is the amount of screws included with the package. The Z5 includes the proper amount needed to work (four of them), but including an a couple of extras would have been very thoughtful since they are so small and if you drop one in carpet it can be very difficult to find.

The product includes detailed instructions on installing the Z5 to both AMD and Intel processor based motherboards. Also included is a separate paper with the warranty information.
