GIGABYTE Technology, a world leading manufacturer of motherboards and graphics cards, together with AMD, is proud to announce a series of Dota 2 online tournaments shaking the grounds of this game´s fast growing community. Five high-class tournaments with 8 of the best invited Dota 2 teams in the world, called the "joinDOTA MASTERS" will offer European, American and Asian teams to compete on the highest possible level and 500 EUR prize money winner-takes-all every two weeks. To grant all the non-professionals a chance to compete professionally as well, five tournaments for up to 256 teams, called the "joinDOTA OPEN" will be held every other week, also granting 500 EUR winner-takes-all. The most exciting matches will be broadcasted by the famous Dota 2 commentator Toby 'TobiWan´ Dawson every Friday and Saturday.

In the right hand side both in the live scream and the VOD, the viewer could found there is a WINDFORCE™ logo. This is a special and new technology that GIGABYTE introduced - "WINDFORCE™". This cooling technology is different than the brand's graphics cards from the rest. Both HD7970 and HD7870 are using GIGABYTE'S new WINDFORCE™ cooling technology - "Triangle Cool". The exclusive "Triangle Cool" technology is to reach a better cooling performance. The latest patent pending technology combines fin with clip module in a special triangle shape. With the original anti-turbulence structure plus the new triangle cooling design, it enhances the efficiency of heat dissipation dramatically by minimizing the flow of turbulence between fans. Therefore, the "Triangle Cool" Technology provides a more efficient airflow for the cooling system.
