The flagship model, UA Headphones Wireless Heart Rate - Engineered by JBL, provides instant heart rate measured directly from the ear at the touch of a button, letting athletes fully embrace their workout without the need to pause to check a band, watch or phone. With a built-in connection to UA Record, Under Armour's definitive health and fitness platform, these headphones constantly stream heart rate data to keep athletes synced with their fitness goals 24/7/365.

Pairing JBL's signature sound with Under Armour's best-in-class standards for premium sport performance, both models of headphones are built for durability and feature an IPX 5 rating built to withstand sweat and water. In addition, JBL's Twistlock technology guarantees the headphones will never fall out while the Flexsoft finishing provides long-lasting comfort. Launching a fully wireless line means less hassle in the weight room or on the pavement for a more focused workout every time.

Athletes that purchase the UA Headphones Wireless Heart Rate and UA Headphones Wireless will receive a complimentary 12-month MapMyFitness Premium subscription, valued at $29.99. MapMyFitness is a part of the Under Armour Connected Fitness suite of apps, with a global community of more than 155 million people worldwide. MapMyFitness allows members to track, analyze, and share more than 600 types of fitness activities.

"Today's consumers demand the best in sport equipment, defining high performance in terms of form, function and design. The UA Headphones Wireless Heart Rate and UA Headphones Wireless exceed those demands, providing seamless connectivity, impressive ergonomics and, as always, a powerful acoustic experience from JBL," said Michael Mauser, President, Lifestyle Audio Division, HARMAN.

"Only JBL's authority in audio and expertise designing for athletes met our high standards for this partnership. We are excited to launch this collaboration with two incredible offerings and eager to bring to market new and meaningful innovations that will expand the world of connected fitness for our athletes," said Robin Thurston, Chief Digital Officer at Under Armour.
