Just recently we have been looking into the possibilities of having available our very own TweakTown Merchandise - This includes; t-shirts, jumpers, mugs, beer steins, caps, mouse pads, boxer shorts and tote bags and so on. The products will be produced by a third party company in the United States who have international shipping available, considering the majority of our reader base is American.
I would like to encourage all interested to vote in the TweakTown Forums - All profits gained from sales will be feed back into the hosting costs of TweakTown and other costs we may incur. If there is enough interest shown, chances are we will be holding a design contest for the logo or design to appear on all the merchandise products. Thanks for your time!
The largest tel co in Australia, also one of the biggest Internet providers in Australia, people using Telstra Internet services and the network as a whole cannot access TweakTown - This includes my school which uses a Telstra ISDN line, Telstra cable users, Telstra ADSL users and so on. I'm not sure why this problem is, but I've got some feedback on this issue - Loyal readers have even been swapping ISP's so they can access TweakTown as per usual. I will be contacting Telstra shortly so we can try and resolve this problem together. If people are changing ISP's, I think it is a big enough problem for Telstra to take responsibility and take the required action to fix the problem.
I have since got in contact with Telstra and after talking on the phone with them for about a half an hour they will "check it out and see what they can do...". I don't know if this means anything at all, but at least they will check it out, I hope. If you are a Telstra Internet user and cannot access TweakTown, you can contact Telstra Internet Services on 131 282 anytime, which may just get them to take some action.
Update - Well it seems Telstra have fixed the problem. Lord Skippy let me know just recently that he can now access TweakTown, and he is a Telstra Internet customer. Good news, thanks go out to Telstra for fixing the problem.

As Founder of TweakTown I'd formally like to welcome you all to TweakTown and our new and exciting design which we have been working on with Mitchell Harper (designer) for the past couple of months, the design will be fully deployed shortly. On behalf of the entire TweakTown Team, I hope you find your stay most enjoyable and the new design just as stunning as we do! Apart from being very stylish and professional, the website loads correctly in all web browsers and in all resolutions from 800x600 and above - I consider this as the most important problem we have fixed over the old design. There are many added bonuses to this new design, allow me to note just a couple. Since the website is based on a PHP and MySQL database, it allows for much better effeciency. For example, enabling us to post an average sized review roughly 50% quickly compared to the old design. Added to this, we are now able to literally post new content from any computer on the globe which has an Internet connection - It's pretty amazing, wouldn't you agree? I'd also like to point out the site Search feature, towards the top of the page you'll notice this feature which allows you to search for whatever you may be looking for, making it much easier than hunting around for it. There are many more features which I'm sure you'll discover shortly, don't be affraid to have a poke around. I'm sure you'll grow to love the new TweakTown design, just as we did. Please make yourself at home and ensure your seat belt is securely fastened, we are happy to have you join us for the exciting ride ahead. We look forward to hearing your comments - You'll also notice a Poll to your left where you can vote and express your opinion. Stay tuned, rough yet exciting seas await our journey in the months to come.

Most know by now that we have been having some very major issues with our website. Well, it is my pleasure to announce that it is back in action again. While we had to start the forums over from scratch (yep... you'll have to re-register), we were still able to pull all the reviews and articles from the mess. There are still a few little tweaks to be finished up, but it's feeling pretty much like home again.
So come on in and join the party once again - You'll be glad you did. Head on over to the FORUMS and catch up with all the regulars and all the new users, we look forward to seeing you there!
