It's my pleasure to announce that through CafePress we can now offer everyone our very own merchandise - Jumpers, coffee mugs, mousepads, boxer shorts - It's all there, even mini TweakTown basketball hoops! The prices aren't particularly cheaper, but nor is the quality of the products and your supporting TweakTown either way.
You've asked before it in the past, now you can have it - TweakTown Merchandise for sale here!
It's that time again. Sydney is hosting the IT Comdex 2002 show at Darling Harbour in the grand old Exhibition centre from Tuesday 5th till Thursday 7th of this month.
This year we have a more active role in the show. Located at the Kingmax Technology stand (Hall 4 Stand H25) we will be demonstrating a full system show casing the benefits of DDR-333 memory to the masses in a joint initiative.
I will be attending for the full three days and Asher "Acid" Mosses will be attending the Wednesday session. If you are in the neighbourhood, feel free to come and visit us - We always love to meet the people that have made us what we are today.
The forums are back online after some short down time due to a database error. Some posts have been lost and if you registered on the 22nd of December 2001 or after you will need to register again. So grab a coffee and come join us in the forums!
Mike "Darthtanion" Wright has gotten hold of a new heatsink that is made by the premiere case company, Antec. Can it hang with the big boys? There's only one way to find out, and that's to check out TweakTown's latest review covering the Antec Jet Cool HSF.
Also, make sure to check out our newest writers' very first article! Sevan "Starchild" Ismailian has posted a piece entitled "Windows XP Preview", so go see what he thinks of this OS of the Future.
Just a quick update today, Osiris and FiReBLaZR from the forums have created some new TweakTown wallpapers for your viewing pleasure. I have added them both to the wallpaper section for all to download, check them out here - Top work guys! :)
Just recently we have been looking into the possibilities of having available our very own TweakTown Merchandise - This includes; t-shirts, jumpers, mugs, beer steins, caps, mouse pads, boxer shorts and tote bags and so on. The products will be produced by a third party company in the United States who have international shipping available, considering the majority of our reader base is American.
I would like to encourage all interested to vote in the TweakTown Forums - All profits gained from sales will be feed back into the hosting costs of TweakTown and other costs we may incur. If there is enough interest shown, chances are we will be holding a design contest for the logo or design to appear on all the merchandise products. Thanks for your time!
