Computex 2003 Trade Show gets a new date!

The organisers of Computex Taipei, one of the largest IT trade shows in the world held in Taiwan annually, let us know just now that they have announced a new date for Computex 2003.

September 22-26 will be the new date for the trade show and with company support we will attend the event as usual and provide you with coverage of the happenings.

Taipei, Taiwan, May 26 - Nothing can stop this show! COMPUTEX TAIPEI 2003, one of the world's top three IT trade shows, will highlight the best this September 22-26.*

Though concern over SARS-related travel difficulties forced the show to cancel its original June 2-6 slot, its re-scheduling was never in question with the trade's need to source and show the best. The Tech Zone do E3 2003

The party driven man who is Moto from The Tech Zone has posted his coverage of E3 2003 from a hardware prospective. Tomorrow he will post a Booth Babes edition.

E3 is not real. That was the sign that greeted me as I walked into the Los Angeles Convention Center for the 2003 E3 Expo. Real or not, the 2003 E3 was one of the biggest E3 in recent history. With digital camera in hand, we hit the show floor and events to bring you all the latest in gaming hardware.

Comdex Fall 2002 - Not just a computer expo

Sudhian Media sends word of their Day 2 coverage which includes information on the PC Race for Charity. It's an event sponsored by a bunch of companies where contestants need to build a PC in as quick a time as possible - Andrew from Sudhian came in at second, congratulations.

This year marked the 6th annual PC Race for Charity sponsored by AMD, Systemax, TigerDirect, and others. All in all, this charitable event was able to raise over $100,000 in prizes for charities. Yours truly entered the race, with sights set on winning. The challenge was to build a computer and have it boot up and log on, triggering the software used to stop the clock and post your time.

Working out using Computer Hardware?

Hmmm, well this is kind of different... The owner of Icrontic has posted a semi-humorous article about improving your physique by working out with spare computer hardware you have around the house. What people will do for content is, well - hilarious!

Maybe Mortin should consider a career as an actor, what do you reckon?

While I was sitting down getting my hack on one day, I realized I should go out and get some exercise. You know... we're computer nerds and we should "exercise". Yea, right. Down here in the ghetto we ain't got no gym, so I decided to make my own gym out of the spare computer parts I had lying around! This are a few simple exercises you can do in the privacy of your own home to get huge in only 4 minutes per day!

Look Mortin, you get your photo on TT making a complete fool of yourself!
