Expreview has spotted a picture and some brief info on AMD's mid-range HD 4650 Series graphics cards over at the Chiphell forums.

The card was photoshopped to protect the source, but you still get a good idea of what to expect, and it isn't anything unusual.

Logically, the 4600 Series (RV730) will superseed the HD 3600 Series cards and will support up to 1GB of GDDR3 memory operating at 1GHz on a 256-bit controller.
