AMD GPU Clock Tool brings RV770 support

If you've got a shiny new HD 4800 Series card and would like to see how far it clocks up without the limitations of Catalyst Control Center's built-in OverDrive tool, a new version of AMD's GPU Clock Tool is out with support for the new family.
