Super Talent intro DDR3-1333 SO-DIMM RAM

By: (more) | RAM News | Posted: May 28, 2008 8:30 am

Super Talent has today launched its first DDR3 SO-DIMM memory module that is designed to work with the upcoming Intel Centrino 2 platform of notebook computers.

The memory works using just 1.5 volts of power (compared to 1.8 volts of DDR2) and is said to generate less heat as a result and also reduce power consumption by up to 20% in the memory department.

Super Talent has already began selling this memory and the 204-pin modules will set you back about $99 USD for a 1GB module.
