BREAKING: Paramount Aus Announce Blu

Published: 15th May 2008 @ 2:35 AM
Author: Ben Gourlay

Finally the press release I have been waiting for has been thrown on my desk. On Thursday July 31st, Paramount Home Entertainment Australia will rejoin the Blu-ray game, with four releases:

Cloverfield, The Spiderwick Chronicles, No Country For Old Men, and a re-release of Shooter.

Extras seem to mirror the overseas counterparts, so look for fairly generous extras packages on these re-releases.

The end of the press releases offers a tantalising glimpse into the future... over to you Paramount:

"A list outlining the impressive non-stop avalanche of Blu-ray titles leading into the Christmas period will be released soon."
